طلب حذف الحساب — وصلة الكلمات

هذه الصفحة تخصّ تطبيق «وصلة الكلمات» (المعرّف: com.prog98.word_connect) من تطوير prog98، المتاح على متجر Google Play.

لا تحتاج إلى حساب للعب. إن لم تستخدم لوحات المتصدرين أو الأصدقاء أو المبارزات، فغالبًا لا يوجد لك حساب أصلًا، ويكفي إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق لمحو كل شيء.

الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق (فورية)

افتح التطبيق.
من الشاشة الرئيسية، افتح الحساب.
مرّر إلى الأسفل واختر «حذف الحساب نهائيًا».
أكّد. يُحذف حسابك في الحال.

إن كنت في مبارزة جارية، سيطلب منك التطبيق إنهاءها أو الانسحاب منها أولًا — تستغرق المبارزة ٩٠ ثانية على الأكثر.

الطريقة الثانية: بالبريد الإلكتروني

إن تعذّر عليك الوصول إلى التطبيق، راسلنا على app.prog98@gmail.com وعنوان الرسالة «طلب حذف حساب»، واذكر:

اسمك الظاهر في اللعبة، أو رمز الصداقة الخاص بك (تجده في شاشة الأصدقاء).
إن كان حسابك مرتبطًا بـ Google، راسلنا من البريد نفسه — فهذا ما يثبت أن الحساب لك.

نحذف الحساب خلال ٣٠ يومًا من وصول الطلب، ونردّ عليك بالتأكيد. لا نطلب منك أي كلمة مرور أو بيانات دفع، ولن نطلبها أبدًا.

ما الذي يُحذف

يُحذف حسابك وكل ما يرتبط به من خوادمنا، حذفًا نهائيًا لا رجعة فيه:

اسمك الظاهر ورمز الصداقة، وبريدك وصورتك من Google إن كنت ربطت حسابك
رصيد عملاتك وسجل حركاتها، وسجل مشترياتك داخل التطبيق
تصنيفك في المبارزات وسجل الفوز والخسارة ونتائج مبارزاتك
قائمة أصدقائك ودعوات الصداقة ودعوات المبارزة
قائمة من حظرتهم
ترتيبك في لوحات المتصدرين
إشعاراتك ورمز جهازك للإشعارات

لا تُستردّ العملات المشتراة. إن كنت اشتريت عملات بأموال حقيقية، فإنها تُحذف مع الحساب ولا يمكن استرجاعها ولا استرداد قيمتها.

تقدّمك في اللعبة لا يتأثر

المستويات المكتملة والكلمات المكتشفة والإعدادات محفوظة على جهازك وحده ولا تصل خوادمنا، فهي تبقى كما هي بعد حذف الحساب. لمحوها أيضًا، أزل تثبيت التطبيق أو امسح بياناته من إعدادات أندرويد ← التطبيقات ← وصلة الكلمات ← التخزين.

Delete your account (English)

This page is for Wasla: Arabic Word Connect (com.prog98.word_connect) by prog98, available on Google Play.

You don't need an account to play. If you never used leaderboards, friends or duels, you probably don't have one — uninstalling the app removes everything.

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

Open the app.
From the home screen, open Account.
Scroll down and choose "Delete account permanently".
Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

If a duel is running, the app will ask you to finish or leave it first — a duel lasts at most 90 seconds.

Option 2: by email

If you can't reach the app, email app.prog98@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and include:

Your in-game display name, or your friend code (shown on the Friends screen).
If your account is linked to Google, email us from that same address — that is what proves the account is yours.

We delete the account within 30 days of receiving the request and reply to confirm. We never ask for a password or payment details, and never will.

What gets deleted

Your account and everything tied to it is permanently removed from our servers, with no way to undo it:

Display name and friend code; your Google email and picture if you linked
Coin balance and transaction history, and your in-app purchase records
Duel rating, win/loss record, and duel results
Friends list, friend requests, duel invitations
Your blocked-players list
Your leaderboard standings
Your notifications and device push token

Purchased coins are not refunded. If you bought coins with real money, they are deleted along with the account and cannot be restored or refunded.

What is retained, and why

Your game progress is unaffected

Completed levels, discovered words and settings are stored on your device only and never reach our servers, so they survive account deletion. To erase those too, uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings → Apps → Wasla → Storage.
